What we collect

We collect a device-scoped visitor identifier, permitted campaign attribution, calculator-completion events, and—if you register—your email address and verification status. We do not store the mass, volume, concentration, or calculated amount you enter.

Email and consent

Verification and welcome messages are transactional. Marketing is optional and requires a separate unchecked choice. When you opt in, we retain the consent wording, version, time, a protected network-address hash, and browser information as audit evidence. You may unsubscribe at any time.

Analytics and advertising

Essential first-party operational records support the calculator and funnel reporting. Optional analytics or advertising pixels remain off unless allowed and permitted. Calculator inputs are not sent to ad networks, and remarketing audiences are not created by default.

Service providers

Cloudflare provides application hosting, security, and database services. Mailgun provides transactional email delivery. Delivery events such as opens, clicks, bounces, complaints, and unsubscribes may be recorded to operate email safely.

Retention and choices

Operational and consent records are retained only as needed for security, compliance, and service operation. Suppression records may be kept to ensure we honor opt-outs. To request access or deletion, email support@labdilutioncalculator.com.
